Trail Inspiration - Hiking Mt. Katahdin

Ever set your sights on something big, like hiking Mt. Katahdin, and thought, ‘Can I actually do this?!’ Well, this week I want you to start planning to chase those big dreams.

This summer, I crossed three bucket-list hikes off my list - one was Mt. Katahdin! The experience was breathtaking, both physically and emotionally. In fact, I'm still processing the adventure. From meticulously planning the logistics (there are rules if you are from out of state and/or country) to finally standing at the summit, it reminded me that when we set goals and stay committed, we can accomplish incredible things.

If there’s a hike that’s been calling your name or a challenge you’ve been wanting to tackle, autumn is a great time to start planning! Whether it’s summiting a peak, taking on a new trail, or just stepping outside your comfort zone, let your inspirations lead the way! One foot in front of the other and you can surprise yourself with what you’re capable of.
